Samsung Android VR

According to a recent report by ET News, Samsung is working on three mixed-reality devices, but only one of them is officially confirmed - Project Moohan, likely to be officially called Galaxy XR. But while this is a full-fledged VR/AR headset, the report suggests the Korean tech giant is working on two more XR glasses, Project Haean and Project Jinju.

Haean and Jinju are tipped to be mixed-reality glasses with a standard design for the outside. They will have thin frames, but incorporate various sensors and probably a camera too. Sound will be transmitted over the frame itself.

But don't get your hopes up. The leak says Samsung hasn't finalized the design and specs of either pair of glasses, so we might not see them anytime soon.

On the other hand, the same report suggests that Samsung will be able to launch the Haean and Jinju glasses alongside the Galaxy XR headset later this year, which is said to cost around $2,500, at least in the US.

No I get why they need cables. I am just saying with cables they might not sell well. I guess this is kind of like a catch 22 situation. It cannot feature content properly without cables, but with cables they might not sell well .
