Samsung j150 body ordered in sector 31 and sector14 gurgaon. no response since sept.2010. can i buy a new body or are samsung products in the market with no spare parts or service possibilities?

Hi,
I am using j150 model. sometimes some of the keys in the keypad are not working. later this problem ll be resolved automatically. anybody know the solution for this?

i am using this phone for more than one year. I am facing some display problem for about past 6 months, The problem is my mobile screen gone blank for sometimes. And its come back once i restart my phone. And when coming to audio, its good in earphone and low very low [volume] in speaker.
For me, it is a good phone at this range. And it would be nice phone for short term use.
