If you hold down the 1 button that should help.
If not check your network to see what the voicemail number is.

negative feedback overcome my positive decision to buy J700 because comments i heard obviously implies that J700 audio and video to most of its owner is not that impressive i am thinking twice on the features fo the product,recording is poor,themes are limited to 2 only,speaker volume is very low,video recording images are blurred dowloading of songs hasd a lot of precautions to observed IS THIS TRUE?

Help please.. when viewing the photos saved in the memory card, i cant switch photos through the scroll key. i have to go back to the main photos and select the next picture i would want to see. it's so inconvenient. Unlike the photos saved in the phone memory, i can just scroll left/right to view the series of photos. what can i do to easily view the photos saved in the memory card? thanks!!!

i have the phone for 3 months now, the performance is not so good.sometime it freezes for nothing. But still good if you think bout the price segment.
i have a question, are there any theme available for this phone? can anyone post any link for themes?

i purchased this model like 3 days ago,am just having a problem on how to look for the voicemail.the answering machine was on and i have lots of messages on it but i dnt know how to retrieve.i want also to make the answering machine off but i cant find it.can anyone help?

music stops when i try to hide the music player and it is unable to use the themes

i have j700 mobile i have a doubt of the music player.
when music player is running iam close the music player application closed(play back) is not running

I have got this phone and it is really good .. to download stuff you have to go onto 1. settings 2.phone settings 3. pc connections. You have a choice of samsung pc studio or mass storage ( click on the 2nd one ) then you can start downloading . BEWARE of somethings you download like music .. some of them freeze your phone and so you have to plug it into the computer and delete whatever file has corrupted your phone. Enjoy and I hope I have helped you.

Good steel image capturur,bad camcorder-video quality,low speaker sound,headphone sound just great,sexy sleek slider fon,3 games r not fully installed,image editor is great,no short cut menu option 4 opening camera,only 2 theme,good but 64k colour display,wap is slow,external mem upto 2gb but inbuilt mem disgusting.So j700 is a impressive than other same ranged fons.Caution:Don't buy 4m stores like mobile stores,b'coz price of there is explosive !!
