Am I the only person in the world who cannot open the back of the phone to put the battery in? I've just bought it for my son and just cannot open the back. Any suggestions would be gratefully recieved

How can i be playing music and also do some other things on the phone? I mean when i am playing music i can't access other application if not the music will stop.

i ve this phone for 5 weeks its a nice one beautifill design,camera have vast options good sound quality not noisy,excellent speaker,recording in middle range it is excellent but dont hesitate

This phone is awesome, me and my partner both have this phone and neither of us have had any problems with it, the only problem is the internal memory being so small but buy a memory card and ur safe. The camera is not that bad considering it is only 1.3mp. For the price it wat worth buying. just be gentle if u drop it to many times ur in trouble

I have set appointments in the calendar with an alarm reminder but there is no sound attached to the alarm notification. Is it possible to apply a sound to this alarm? If so how please?

Hi everyone, I want to ask something about the ringtones:
When you assign a mp3 file as a ringtone, the phone takes it from the memory card or it has to be copied to the embedded memory like other samsung phones? (thing that I really HATE)

it is nice phone. but there is problem in all samsung phones that you can not hide music player.
it has all features and good battery back up.

How can i play music and maybe sms for example.because i have noticed that you cannot play music in the music player and do anything else at the same time.if you listening to music you have to stay in the music player,which is very weird because its a good phine but you dont have the option to listen to music and perform any other task on your phone?pls help
