this is the most star trek phone I have ever seen !!!
IT ALSO HAS LOUD Speakerphone - so you can actually call the Enterprise ! :P I would buy one just to feel more Kirk Like or Spock Like :P

biggest crap ever i had it had to be repaired twice and now they still won't replace it . carphone warehouse is a sham >:@ ,,, and they phone is useless its a disgrace!

Have had this phone in for repair twice now. The screen goes blank and CPW said that they were getting loads of them back to them but until they fail 3 times there is nothing they can do except keep repairing them. This problem must be costing Samsung a fortune to repair all the time under warranty. Moving back to Nokia next time and recommending to family and friends not to touch this phone.
Fair play to CPW for the help in repairing this, but I would say they are frustrated with the phone as much as we are.

this phone is ok but and its a bug but the software problems that we have encounterd it unbelive able i work with phones 5 days a week and all of these phones ahve been exchanged or srnt away for repair at least twice per customer so samsung should have thought about the phones befor just makeing them quickly for christmas.

Bought this for my daughter last Dec (2008). Screen issues came along. Was exchanged for new one March 09. Samsung knew of these issues as did the store. Same issues now. This was a known problem with this model...... All I was offered was a repair....how could a faulty phone be repaired when Samsung could not get it right in manufacturing? Very disappointing. Looking for fairness from store/Samsung.

It failed me within 8 months. Screen went blank, stopped vibrating and stopped ringing, and Samsung South Africa does not have parts to fix it! Wow, what a loss - it was good while it lasted!

The Bad and very Bad thing is that it becomes out of order very quickly and losts itc colors and it must be repaired !!!!! tooo bad!!!

I absolutely fell in love with it the first time I saw it but this is the worst phone I ever had. I had problems with the screen and had to send the phone back three times...
And I'm not the only one, so pleas don't buy this phone!!
