U can download these fantastic wallpapers 4m samwep.com and teenagerworld.peperonity.com.
They r better than themes.
U can also download them by searching as ,flash wallpapers for mobile, on google or others.

but unfortunately I downloaded themes but it didn't work right and I knew that it is not applicable to install themes on this phone :(

and reg. the shortcuts it is only for the 4 in the bottom square not for the internet and messages.

do u know how to change them?
