It is assigned to... morehi dear. you want to change your shortcut. ok now go to settings then go to phone settings then select shortcuts. it will display ur shortcuts. you can select your short cut i.e. left right up or down. then press option button it will diplay a list of controlls that you can select for your shortcut. ok take care.

Then sorry the set has no option to change it like nokia. And may I know your country? Because in India the right soft key is for contacts and the left one is for menu.

i've been using this phone for about 7 months now..
it's a bit heavy yet it's durable..
i'm a bit clumsy & i often drop it, but then, it still works good..
