when i insert sim it gives "sim unlock enter password" i do not what is the password? how i unlock this or reset this?

iam kathir from india, i dont know how to set a new ring tone for this mobile, when ever i connect the mobile to computer, error is no response from mobile, even though iam able to download and upload MP3 songs, pls some one suggest me what should i do really.

i think the samsung M100 is a great phone,because of the mp3. But the only bad thing is that the stand-by time is very short, but after all i think it is a hell of a phone
