The phone can be unlocked by flashing proper PHONE.BIN file with octan software if I remember correctly.
The korean language can be changed only to english (not sure if 100%, but mostly yes)
Just to find the proper files on the internet...

AnonD-286432, 23 Jul 2014You know how to change ur korean language of your phoneI have this mobile but i couldn't unlock and also changing the language Korean to English.if nobody knows about this solution , we made to throw this mobile in the garbage as well.
