Why Samsung doesn't let people install games and applications on Pixon and all of their phones ?
That is why Nokia has become number one and iphone is selling so well. Hope they will understand it soon !
Apart from that, Pixon is an excellent phone perfect for me, as i use the camera much more than the phone.

help, 06 Jan 2009does anyone kno how to change the screensaver im desperate!Don't think it's possible to change screen saver. On mine the files are locked, can't delete or change them.

Great phone, not perfect
- Unlock too easily, battery too weak
- Super camera and video, great look, price not too expensive, super quality
Love my Pixon !!!!
If you want a super customizable but crappy phone, buy a Nokia

just got this phone and love it, think its brilliant and really easy to use, the only problem i find is that the touch sometimes delays wen touching the screen for the keypad to show when messaging, apart from that all round brilliant phone very pleased!

nice toy, bought it last week, but battery is very poor and loudspeaker when talking has some kind of cracking noise. Plus the screen lock unlocks easily and switches the screen on. My previous Sony Ericsson W 900 i was better.

Only problem in this wonderful phone: loudspeaker when in conversation really too soft, you have to put the phone near your ear to hear somehing !
Strange because ringtones and mp3 are very loud through loudspeaker.
I suppose there is a hidden technical menu you can change. Anyone has the codes?

Hey I don't know if I should uy this phone.
Two things worry me:
1) Its going to become obsolete after the World Mobile Congress
2) I don't understand the bitrate problem.
All my movies are mpeg4 and they all work on my Ipod Touch.
Please reply need help

Up to now my phones have always been Nokia. Then i tried a Samsung out of curiosity (E770, very satisfied). Then i bought more Nokia, but always been disappointed by the poor quality. So i bought again a Samsung, The Pixon, and won't be able to go back to Nokia and their plastic phone. Pixon is incredibly good phone, should cost twice the price (now 400 euros).

i found some divx movies do not play smoothly. If i re-encode using application AutoGK set to Xvid then they play smooth.

jonesdude, 18 Dec 2008Yes I'm finding the battery life a bit low. Have to charge every day and i only make a few sho... moreI Fixed my weird texting problem. Pressed>Messaging> Settings > SMS > Sending Options > Character Support > set to "automatic". This then allowed me to text "i'm" when i couldn't before.
