This is a very rugged phone. I don't usually use a phone for more than six months, but this phone just sticks, it's been with me for 20 months now: fallen several times and the battery saparated from the phone, once in a bucket of water, yet it's still going. The battery is still performing as when new. It's good.

this phone totally sucks....I am on my 5th one of these phones...and sprint won't give me a new one....I am totally upset with the sprint phones..I like the sprint service but their phones are crappy

As far as I am concerned this phone is garbage! We purchsed 2 new ones less than 16 mos. ago. The first froze up after 6 mos. and could not be repaired. Waited 2 weeks for replacement! The second has been sporadically freezing for several months. The store says to remove the battery repeatedly to fix it. Now it is inoperable and the model has been discontinued. Don't waste your money, buy another brand if you know what's good for you.

N 400 is a special phone, eventhough it is a bit old now, but i still like it, especially the antena. I had it once, but i sold it because i need money. Now, if there is still chance for me to have one, i´ll take that chance.

I've had the phone since 2002 and no complaints at all, but today i tried to upload a picture and i deleted something and now it don't want to start. can someone tell me where i can find a new software for it

I've had nothing but trouble with my N400. It freezes up almost everyday and I have to remove the battery to fix it. I don't get a signal in places where other Sprint customers do. Am I the only one who has had these problems?

the phone is hype.i love,but i can only thing is that u cannot down load ring tones as a nigerian.if i am wrong correct me ,by giving me a code to download oor dial.thanks

It's a very gisty phne but the aerial becomes the biggest problem when it bends unknowingly and it's not repairable.From then on it becomes complicated to use the phone.
