you can actually receive Ringtones from let's say a nokia however you cant receive any of the preset ones so why not get a friend with a nokia to download some cool ringtones and get him/her to send them to you that way you get cool ringtones and they are free! I should know IVE DONE IT...

Service colours are a good idea but the LCD should also beable to change. Should be more phone cases available. Good design though!

back again just read the opinins page. i got ringtones from virgin page on the net. ( it costs alot) when you order one the voice will ask you what make of phone at the end press the number for not known or just hang up my tune still came through. good luck no promises mind.

1. As mentioned on the PAGE under BATTERY PERFORMANCE. 120h Stand By. My new N500 gives me battery back-up only for 50 Hrs, what can be the problem.
2. Not able to configure WAP on myphone.
3. What is the password for Security Settings. My phone's Sl. No. is "IMIE-35081689273721/9".
