Just got it today. First impressions are very good. If there is a right size , than this has to be it. As an Apple die hard user, I chose to giveaway my Ipad for this based on a few reasons. Phone and sms , Flash, small and handier to hold keep and carry . Apps are quite satisfactory, but of course completely no comparison on whats available on Ipad apps. I believe that Andriod has to take itself more seriously as a player, and start getting down to business. Good and simple platform but not down to complete all round user satisfaction although still very enjoyable.Samsung has to be up there, and will take it's place next to Apple in design, technology, user friendly device, and I won't be surprised if they move to the next level. I would recommend it seriously.

This is the gadget I'd like to own ultimately. Superbly efficient in its functional and dimensional aspects. I am looking forward to it coming up in my country

@ Kataztrofa, which store did you get it from? I work at for a mobiledealership and we sell the tab for 6999,-NOK. And as far as I know, we are the cheapest in the country.

For All pinoy want galaxy tab is better to go HTC DESIRE HD. it has 8MP camera with flash,Dolby Sorround,SLCD, HTC DESIRE AND SAMSUNG TAB is same price. Got it yestarday,payed 1100$ here in Norway,first in town to own an Samsung Tab.
Must say that this is an awsome tablet/phone,this is my first Android device and im suprised of how smooth it is compared to Windows Mobile 6.1 and 6.5.The quickness of the Tab is just awsome and battery life is very good too,been playing with it almoust whole day and it used around one third of the battery.
My opninion is that those who can afford this device just go for it and you wont be disappointed.
