Buy a smaller phone. Why pick samsung tab. Actually, you dont have to buy a bag to carry this phone. Go your tailor, get your tailor to custom make shirt pocket or trouser pocket and make sure the phone fits in the customs made pocket

I know you won't be buying the GALAXY TAB coz it's too big for you. You just stick to the tiny smartphones out there or you will be breaking your fingernails carrying the galaxy tab. For bigger phones, just leave it to us to discuss coz we are a big fan of bigger phones.

i heard some news accordng to froyo developer of android. froyo not doing any application support for samsung galaxy tab. im shock when i heard it news. so samsung galaxy tab is only notebook phone. no application support what happen to samsung put android to galaxy tab, froyo not doing to support applction to galaxy tab. :-(

grace, 12 Sep 2010i was surprise that this is a big phone.. specifications are nice but the physical size, i th... moreo grace, this tab isn't meant to compete with iphone, d galaxy s is. this tab is meant to compete with ipad at the moment b4 ipad's completely out of d picture. tab is short 4 tablet, so it's supposed 2 hv a big screen, it's just here coz it also has an extra full phone function. othr tabs hv 10 or evn 12" of screen. but it's d 7" of this tablet tht made it diffrent, made it special, coz 4 a tablet, it's d most compact one. hope u get this grace :)

i was surprise that this is a big phone..
specifications are nice but the physical size, i think its not that handy...
this phone might be a phone that can be compared to iphone if the size is somehow just the same...
I think samsung should come up with a smaller version, a handy version of this.. =)

why can't you people accept that Apple made something good once in your life ? Don't like iPad\iPhone , so what , don't buy Apple products , stop bad mouthing apple & get a life
it's seems that y'all forgat that Apple changed the commenication & entertainment industries with iPod in 2001 , iPhone in 2007 & iPad in 2010
do you remeber what the phones looked like in 2007 before the iPhone came out & the bad repation that the touch screen phones had (incluading samsung) ?
& no before you start talking back , I'm not an Apple fanboy , I'm a MileStone user , but I gotta say the Galaxy tap isn't so bad , the spec. Needs a litte boost
what's the point of the rear camera ? (so as the front it's gonna launch with Froyo ? As I recall Android OS doesn't support Video calls yet & Gingerbread isn't finished yet !!!)
there is a line between a Phone & a taplet shouldn't be crossed , Dell did that with the Streak & got lucky (5" screen is kinda acceptable compared to 7" +) , but you can't think you gonna be lucky every time (my family is saying : my 3.7" MileStone is too big)

When I saw the ipad for the first time i dreamed about an slightly smaller, lighter, more portable, cheaper and including a phone, camera and memory card slot ipad.
And now this is called Samsung Tab. exept for the price which is still a mystery.
So thank u Samsung, but i blame them for 2 thing: the camera must be up to date with at least 5 mp resolution and HD video, and the display why they didn't include their great Amoled display, although i can understand about the display for power concerns , but i cant find any excuse for the camera.
whatever they used to do great work with something missing like the Galaxy S which lacks a camera flash!!!

hahaha always the same reaction of those Fanboys "nothing will beat apple".
Geezzz wake up. Don't know why a device too big, too heavy, no USB, no microSD, no camera, no Flash-support, no phone, no DLNA, no real multitasking (the list goes on forever :))) should beat a device like the Galaxy Tab which has all these features.

I fink this tab would be one of the best devices 2010. It contains everything you need in a device up to now. All we have to wait is the price, if the price is lower than US$600, It'll be the best seller when it comes to the market.

Okay, i have got both of these devices, and in the end it is very hard to make up my mind. but i do have tyo say that i like the Samsung better, Sleeker look. faster. and easier to use in general..... i think the ipad sorta rushed the job a bit, with all the errors i get.... =/... im unhappy Apple.
