Can you even say this is a phone. I mean come on this is too big atleast for me to consider as a phone. I think this is just an internettablet which has a phone things in it. But hell look at the size. 7inch screen no phone.

but they were not the one who unvented capacitive touch screen...... apple was the one which inventet the capacitive touch screen but... apple was the one which invented multi touch but samsung just manufactures the screens.......for every one ....... steve jobs himself told that one of the apple engineers developed it..
he said it in the d8 .......i dont think a ceo will lie in front of the public on that range......

But if we talk about productivity, I'd rather buy a netbook. Even an iPad is far far more useful than this. Would you go to a meeting or see a client to conduct business using a 7-in screen? Come on! I'm a design student, I do most of my work on my iPad, and the screen size is just perfect... my professors say the same... Crank the screen size up and I may consider buying one when my iPad breaks. That is if Samsung drops the price.

Nobody seem to get it, this is meant to replace your NETBOOK! Lets wake up people come on, nobody expects you to use it as your main fone, you would look a complete idiot. The network is for internet access and occasional calling (since the sim card is already there). I think this device is also a bit nicer for making VIDEO calls on. I would pick this over a netbook: they are cool but do have serious ergonomics issues.

mw, 07 Sep 2010do you guys think the cell phone will replace hand held for gaming?I think they will replace handheld gamin, even console gaming is under threat. You will probably be able to run a PlayStation 2 emulator on this, so why waste money on a PSP when you can get most of the PS2 games on your tablet? Handheld gaming devices are on the way out, then consoles will follow.

How will I do to hol... moreThere are things called bluetooth headsfree headset or corded handsfree headset.
People even with small phone are using the above accessories.
Why too big to make a phone call? my office phone is way bigger than that.

i like this phone. because it has 7inches LCD. but is not SAMOLED,no 5.1 dolby sorround,camera desegrade down to 3.15MP. and the price of 16GB version is $1000usd is so expensive. i thnk ill go to buy samsung galaxy beam projector it has 100% spec and features than galaxy tab. the only impressive on this phone is 7inches LCD. And nothng other impressive features.

Amazon Germany want €799 for a 16GB Tab. That's even more than the already waaaaay overpriced iPhad.
