If this thing has gyroscope doesnt mean the Galaxy S has gyroscope also. Basically this is an oversized Galaxy S. I also read on wikipedia and around the web that S has gyro. I would be curious if someone can confirm or deny this. Also if the Tab runs Froyo and can play Full-HD means that when S will get Froyo official will be able to play Full-HD too?

I want to tell Samsung,
I have a Samsung Q1u, I still am now thinking that the Q1ultra was not bad, and difficult to find a replacer, hoping for the Intel Oak Trail to wait 2011. I am needing a Windows system on an UMPC. In the Android OS, you still are now unable to find a supporting for the RAW image in the image viewer.
Seems Samsung’s new 7” Galaxy Tab has not a directly video output port (HDMI), which is needed some the additional expenses to buy a docking device for the HDMI output, even is the USB port, if it is like this, very bad!
a docking device was neither a mini-shape nor a slight weight, would more be the trouble in the applied side. I cannot imagine the users would be willing to carry and using those otiose devices during the journey. Would be willing a journey to carry an otiose thing?
HDMI or USB ports ought to get directly designed within a main body. And not a docking device!

My God. Samsung Galaxy Tab is pricing 799 Euro! We knew that iPad is 499 Euro in Germany. And, the iPad is having an IPS screen in 9.7-inch, despite likely you like a screen 7-inch.
Samsung's official website galaxytab.samsungmobile.com has merely written a TFT type, did not write the AMOLED. Samsung Galaxy Tab is very likely only a TN screen.
Samsung Galaxy Tab has two cameras, a frontal camera is for the cellphone and the Internet video, but the rear camera is absolutely a trash, merely seemed a pretext for Samsung raises up the price. Any one cheap of the compact camera would be better than the rear camera of Galaxy Tab.
The rear camera is absolutely unnecessary on tablet.
Samsung is probably already mad to want getting money. Well, we have to say goodbye Samsung, please get out. Apple will launch the 7-inch iPad in Nov, and the screen is also an IPS, not a TN screen.
In 2007, we have merely seen a few of UMPCs, and high-prices, but the 2011, we will get the much types and models!

I can't stand it! though i really hate 2 say ths but i just can't stand it. any1 who says that this is a copy of d ipad is eithr stupid or just pathetic bcoz they can't admit that d ipad tht they love or own is trully a big waste of money, poorly featured, wth outdated (if not ancient) technology and an unproductive device 4 any1 2 purchase (as barrack obama once said). But i can undrstand how these people might feel aftr spending so much money on such dvice, and knowng tht now thr's a piece of hi-tec gadget tht can do thrice or more (coz wth android sky's d limit) than what they already purchasd also wth -i would bet- around half of it's price. i'm trully sorry 4 u guys. i'm just hoping tht nxtime u wouldn't say that this tab is just a copy of ur ipad, coz admit it, a masterpiece can't possibly be a copy of such a thing tht most people n evn their own users say crap, right? off course i'm right! this G-tab right here is d new hype, wth it's compact size n all d hot stuff inside, ipad is about 2 get crushd into dust, so join d hype or move aside!

i seriously DOUBT this thing would have even been existed in the first place if it wasn't for the ipad. i mean seriously, none of these guys took tablets seriously, especially not samsung. but when the ipad had a success.. BAM! suddenly, everyone took tablets seriously. apple inspired all these biitches to make these tablets. even engadget says the ui of the galaxy tab is a complete 'ipad for kids'. apple always starts the trends.

for those jealous peolpe who say the samsung is copying apple:
i don't see a 9.7-inch screen, a stupid ios with no flash support, or a tablet with no phone functionality.
all what i see is a great samsung android tablet which will kick the ipad's ass. so peolpe can just say the truth and admit that the tab is much better than the ipad, or sut their mouth and say nothing.
