Anonymous, 08 Aug 2010how can you hold this thing to your ear to speak on the phone??? it will be ridiculous!!!You don't hold this thing to your ear to use it as a phone. It's a speaker phone and Bluetooth headset only.

It would only be a really acceptable product if it's specification allows for the upgrade to Android 3 due a few months later, and if the specification will work with forthcoming 4G networks.
Disappointed that it doesn't have dual sim capability or dual battery, allowing swapping of batteries without switch of during extended operation.

Samsung has a real winner on their hands with this one if they can pull it off. Expected release date is before October but there's no mention of where that release will be. There is so much vapour ware being leaked now adays that it's hard to get excited over any device. With this tablet there's still the question of UMTS bands and the suggestion that it will not have a swappable battery. If they release something I can use even close to the rumoured specs I will buy it for sure.

forget the release date, is this device ever gonna be announced ???... i would really love to buy one.. ! i jst hope its not as expensive as apple's SUCKY PAD or nething..!

it may be like a clone or sumthin' from the iPad. But smart people would be able to know which one is more powerful and more convenient. Also, talk about the freedom you're gonna have with this device unlike the counterpart where-in you're always going to be a slave with itunes just to manage your files...
think about it...think hard...

no info about input option , i hope this phone should have keyboard , not like HTC hd2, i want to buy this phone if have keyboard, now i am using nokia n900 and i like my phone , but samsung glaxy tape screen is big ,

if this phone have sliding quary keyboard then its very good, like nokia N900, without keyboard its not so good for internet application phone,

Camera could be 5MP or more... I would suggest that they should use A9 now with better GPU!

What on earth is this thing for? Why would anyone say it needs a 12mp camera? It's a stab at the iPad thing. There is no way they could make this into a phone. It's make a pretty good communicator, focus it more for text type messages, e-mail's, IM's, SMS, but nothing more then that. These types of things are useless though. Just like the iPad it'll just be a big e-reader or something stupid like that.
