I heard from a friend that if i empty the battery charge to 0% ( Tab shut down for not enough charge) then the battery will out of order permanently.... is it a rumour or true ? I want to buy it.... so will u please answer my question ?

I think Samsung team works for tablets like P1000/P1010 (single core processor) for honeycomb Android OS. Because Apple(No.1) will also support iOS5 for ipad/ipad2 & Ipbone 3GS/4...and definetly new iphone 4S will comes with iOS5. So people who already have tablets don't worry....

Hi friends. I have bought Samsung GT-P1000 Galaxy Tab. It very impressive. with 24-month contract with celcom the IP we got a discount price at RM1000 USD344.00. My tab has been updated from the factory with Andriod 2.3.3

While installing Kies, give your original country. Then firstly, update your Kies, secondly, update your Tab. Unless you update the Kies to the latest version, it will not let you to update your tab.
Don't hesitate to ask more.

I m in Bangladesh & happily announcing that I just upgraded my Tab to Gingerbread 2.3.3. Now I can use Skype with front camera video call. My Tab became visibly faster. I m really really happy with my Tab. I find no lacuna in it comparing any other portable machine whatsoever.
Now, how to: Install Kies that is given to u with package. Open & update that Kies. No seperate manual download. Connect your Tab with Kies mode. Your Tab will not lose any data, from internal or micro sd, believe me. Now, Kies Menu> tools> Firmware upgrade settings> auto download> ok. Wait few seconds. Latest firmware version will be shown. Press ok. Your Tab will start upgrading.

a very nice tab and have all the great features that tab10.1 have not it is the only tab that is comparable to the ipad this pad is the better one than the coming tab2
