Hey guys, well I've seen a lot of you asking about uploading mp3's or pics onto the phone from pc, well I've been in long discussions with samsung about it and unfortunately there is no way to do it. Your MMC card is really the only way to transfer pics/mp3's between phone and pc, just get an MMC adapter to work with your pc. As for putting mp3's up as a ringtone, you can't, you can only download polyphonic ringtones (in MIDI file format) from the website using your web provider, that's the only way to customize your type of ringtones. A really good site for doign this is www.3gupload.com.

it's a good phone...for those who could'n put the photos on the pc ,i solved the probleme...it's very easy,but you must be patience,
although i still don't know how to download a mp3 from the pc to the phone..does anyone know(we can change ideas..:) )please email me...

it's good phone :) when you puting mp3 files in this phone song name must be less then 12 leters :)
it the same problem was to me then i was trying to conect my phone to pc....it imposible :D BUT I HAVE MMC CARD SO I HAVE NO PROBLEMS :D if you have more questions about this phone you can write to my email balions@one.lt

I have tried several ways to input some mp3 files on the p730. but it always says "THE TARGET MACHINE ACTIVELY REFUSE IT".... why is that guys????

actually the sad thin is tat this phone is not bluetooth enabled,the best things is i love the mp3 player,but not all mp3 can be read by the phone.the flip is cool..but gets loosen easily,an average phone i shld say..

this is a girl fone, really, i meen except the style, u have the worst features... basically excepting the card slot... its like a 40 bucks fone... i feel sorry for the design... is it that hard to put a bluetooth in it? or profiles? NO PROFILES !!! even nokia 5110 has profiles...

i have this phone and i dont know whats wrong with the camera. everytime i try 2 use the camera, the phone hangs. is there a problem with the software or anything? help neeeded.

i bought one 3 month ago.i couldnt have made a bigger mistake.this phone sucks.besides the nice colours and the aspect of it , it isnt smart at all.come on guys ... u can do better.dont lie 2 us anymore!!!

Good phone, but there are a number of limiting features:
*Infrared is not for sending files to other phones, only for using as a modem or with software on computer.
*No bluetooth.
*No file manager(all done through the "albums" in the camera section... there's a video album and an image album. No other folders allowed.)
*Only their own headphones work.(not even the tiny jacks used on some phones, it's a wierd jack that looks like a mini-usb port).
*No profiles, you can only set it to silent.
*Always makes a noise to confirm a message has sent or a picture has been taken, unable to be turned off.
This makes it seem really bad, however the camera may not be as high res as the D500, the pictures appear clearer than that phone. The videos are also very very good and the mic can pick up the tiniest sounds (It can easily hear my electric guitar from a few meters away when it wasn't plugged into an amp).
It looks cool! Does the spinny thing, which is good as you can rotate the screen 180 and use it as a viewfinder like on a digicam.
The big "i" button is a bit high, but no worries with that.
