All you have to do it follow directions. Easy as that! If you need help contact motorhead. He is good at helping.

I have had this Phone for 6 months and it is a piece of crap. It echos even when you check the the noise suppression option. It freezes up and I have to remove the battery to shut it down. Software updates don't fix it our company has 6 of these and they all do this and At&t can't figure out why. DON'T BUY THIS PHONE

So when it drops the screen doesnt com... moreYes the edges are a little higher I have had this phone since Feb and its now Dec I have dropped it anyway way u can think of and it still runs and looks great. The only problem I have now is the rubber plug that covets the USB port has broken off.
