You need to eject and re insert your Sim card. If it doesn't work, change the Sim card with a supported Sim service for that device (note that some flip phones are dedicated to a certain country thus the Sim from that country, I don't know ...

I need some help , I bought it recently cuz I wanted a flip phone for so long but when ever I call someone it keeps saying emergency calls only,how can I fix that?
