The difference between S8000 & S8003 is that of the GPS application. In Singapore, S8003 doesn't have route 66.

but i use umts only for the internet and use gsm with calling ,texting ....to have a long battery life

For US & EU it called S8000 Jet but for Asian market it called S8003 Jet.
FYI you can also find the Anycall Jet S8000H: it exactly the same but sell in Korea and HongKong as Anycall is a subsidiary of Samsung.
