Me, 23 Apr 2010In Europe Max is 2 W/Kg ;-)That's because Europe they use a 10 g sample as the weight to calculate the ration, while US uses a 1 g sample. This make the whole process quite different and despite the fact that it would seem proportional, it's really not. Therefore you cannot compare US SAR number to EU ones. This phone get a 1.0 in the US, but may get different values in Europe.

Just so everyone knows, there is no conclusive evidence tying the cellphone radiation to health issues. However, more research has to be done on this. One problem is that you should prevent children from being overexposed (as much less is known about the effect it has on them). Otherwise, don't worry about it, whether the reading is 1 or .75 or 1.3, it's not going to do anything

Me, 22 Apr 2010Maximun is 2w/kg...a reported maximun of 0.988 doesn´t seem very much...1.0 head and 1.04 body reading is by FCC. MAX allowed in US is 1.6w/kg. Anything above 1w/kg people should stay away.

people complaining about 3.0 bluetooth are clowns.3.0 is good cos its faster and dont worry if your your friends dont have it cos one day almost all phones will.obviously when its something new some-one has to be the first to use it.if it had been nokia then all of you nokia butts would be saying how fab. they are.give it a rest.good on samsung for being the first.

ARM cortex A8 CPU is a little more snappier than today's craze 'snapdragon'. samsung i9000 is also based on the same CPU. both of these mobiles can play DivX-720p at 30fps flawlessly

Bluetooth 4.0 doesn't have more data speed than 3.0 It just saves the battery life better than 3.0
