1. do I need to use sim during the attempt to enter the code?
2. what happen will happen when I key-in the code?

Is bada 2.0 official update now available in the philippines via kies?
I'm not understanding why samsung is taking too long to provide updates. I'm now tired of waiting...
people have been laughing at me whenever I tried to swap my samsung s8500 wave to an xperia arc s, or a galaxy s2
but now after downloading
asphalt 6(just downloaded will try later), the sims 3, viki(personal assistant),
I realized how cool samsung wave is....
the only downside of wave now isnt the number of apps, but how impractical kies is whenever there is an update
appstore usually screws up from launching....its sad that wave needs to depend on kies appstore in order to install apps....
AnonD-41022, 05 Feb 2012One good thing about Bada is simplicity. It's not too simple like iOS or too complicated like ... moreiOS and android are the best in the market ,both are simple ,complete and easy to use ,bada is not a complete os it lacks a lot of features
please do not do my mistake
please don't buy a bada phone
AnonD-34831, 01 Feb 2012i might be buying this so can this be upgraded to gingerbread instead of bada 2.0 and what is ... moreOne good thing about Bada is simplicity. It's not too simple like iOS or too complicated like Android. It's in between
Two years of using this phone and now I moved to Android ('cause my wave is missing). TBH, I'm quite satisfied with this phone. It was really simple to use without forgetting on being a smartphone. When I first used Android, I was disappointed with it (maybe because of the UI?). I got so used with Bada that I find Android a bit weird to use (lol). It's too bad Samsung don't take care of this OS like Android. Bada is actually a good OS. Wave is a good quality phone. If Samsung takes care of this OS well, I'm pretty sure it'll reach the top someday. On the side note, Wave is a million times better than Wave 2 & 3. If someone is looking for a Bada phone, Wave 1 is the best choice. ^_^
Hey, is audio quality good in any of the beta/official 2.0.1 versions? Jumping from 1.2 to 2 means, just improved looks n a bit of goodies here or there, but overall, quality has rather gone down.

what is weird though, the globe it tired the first time is what the phone only recognizes! it tried other globe with different number and phone dont accept it.
how can I fix this? help me please....
after 1,5 year of using bada and now android i must say don't you ever think about buying a bada phone, samsung wave is a nicely designed phone with tough built quality (i've dropped it about 4 times but still functioning with no scratch ) but bada os didn't improved as samsung promised ,the memory issue is still the music player became worse (the files that were stutter slightly on bada 1.2 now stutter terribly.still no skype?!?!?!no viber??!! nonimbuzz?!!?no whatsapp......etc
no video player that supports flv, rmvb,
the built in video player has issues with some audio formats.
no real multitasking and apps crashes a lot,you can't run multiple widgets ,most of bada apps are useless and repeated .
