Hey guys my firmware is JH1, India. I heard somewhere this fw has a Call Recording feature as well as a Noise Reduction one. Is it true? I can't see it during a call. So if anyone already using it please clarify.

Am currently using this samsung wave its awesome and enjoying a lot......
but the disadvantage is the power of battery, really sorry its not sufficient for this phone..... may be 2000 or 2500mAh will do good and improve the usage time. Kindly change the power of battery soon because its heart breaking...... also try to give me a solution for this problem.....
Anonymous, 03 Nov 2010I bought wave today and i must say that i,m in love.Ear phones that comes in package are very ... moreSymbian isn't limited to 360x640 resolution. NTTdocomo's mobile phones has WFVGA (480x854/480x960) resolutions and it runs symbian^2.
Symbian supports symmetrical multi-processing. The problem is the hardare to which this feature would be used(1.5ghz tri-cores). Hopefully, nokia will make symbian phones with Soc's like Marvell's ARMADA 628 in the future for this to be useful. Symbian also supports advanced image processing and video acceleration standards(HDR video)
Symbian supports virtual RAM. But that doesn't mean it can't use higher RAMs like android, ios, wp7, bada etc.
Don't get me wrong. I like bada, and a fan of it. I'm defending symbian because i'm a symbian fan too, hence, i have those basic consumer knowledege of symbian's strengths and weaknesses. Or maybe i will call myself an ex-symbian fan because i'm 'REALLY' considering bada for my next purchase. I'll be back on symbian though if all the current mess is cleaned up.(eg. hanging issues, bad optimization, and late entry on touch arena) Let's hope the best for both symbian and bada's future. It's always great if we have choices right? And i can't see any reason for anyone being so dedicated on a single OS despite the wide selection the competition has to offer. And as of now, considering the current positions of top mobile OSes, bada is winning me, even it's new to the market.
Or should i be more particular and blame it on Wave. :)

James, 03 Nov 2010Currently I'm using nokia 5800 xm...I realise there is a blink of red light everytime I take p... morethe wave doesnt have the red light affect that your 5800 has.i know exactly what you mean cos my wife has the same phone as you.i havent tried to fix it but im thinking that maybe it has to do with some kind of red-eye reduction option.ill have to take a look.anyway, the wave cam as far as my experience goes is really fantastic.obviously better outdoors than in but thats normal although the single flash is a hell of a lot brighter than the normal single flash so indoors you also get good shots.dont forget that the photos will be better on the wave than on your pc cos the waves screen makes anything look 100 times better.ive had a few 5mpx phone cams and this one is the best so far.a while ago i also had the renoir from LG with the 8mpx cam but the quality is better with the wave and super-amoled.then again quality is never in how many mpx it has.from my point of view its an awesome phone to have.
