this is good @@@@@@@@ samsung wont update its bada platform to bada 3.0 so this phone is useless, no reason to buy it if u already have wave or wave 2 .
single lonely, 15 Jan 2012what is the different between bada and android?? :/We cannot say about 'difference' between BADA & Android.
Android is like linux, open source. Hope you heard about Symbion in Nokia phones. BADA is a version of that OS. not only BADA, (BADA/GINGERBREAD/ICECREAMSANDWICH) all are versions. They all are Android. You can update BADA os to Gingerbread but if there any official released version.

kuh phal, 14 Jan 2012I bought the wave 3 recently, and i can say that it has some improvements over the predecessor... morei am using s8530 wave2,can you tell me the multi tasking capabilility of wave3,is it great or not i mean can it run 2-3 apps at same time or it give not enough memory error
please advice me because wave2 has multi tasking but not heavy multitasking
audio quality is not good...just put galaxy s i9000 hardware and software in this beautiful design ...a dream handset
according to the specs, there is no RAM to the wave 3. Is RAM important to a cellphone?
Djurowsky, 12 Jan 2012using wave 1 for a year, very, very satisfied...for me bada is ok, yes! android got much more s... moreI feel you and also can't wait to get my hands on wave 3. Hope it would be here in Nigeria soon
i want to buy wave 3 is it a gud one to buy cozz i was totally satisfied wid wave 1 iz it as gud as wave 1
I bought the wave 3 recently, and i can say that it has some improvements over the predecessor which is the wave 2. I have the latter too, which is to say i have always been a fan of the wave flagship. Although the bada platform has limited apps, it does have some things to offer to people who is not that into apps..aside from the 4.0 super amoled screen of the wave 3,and the bada 2.0 i can say that there isn't much difference to performance with the wave 3. I never encountered lags of any sort so far..the main take away of the wave 3 is the screen, compared to the wave 3 w/c has super clear lcd w/c is not bad at all..over all performance is crisp and form factor has always been the buy-in for me for the wave series..its not too often that you see phones that are constructed from metal, which for me,reflects elegance..as early as now,i would look forward to a successor to phone, and i still won't hesitate to buy it even if the android market dominates everything else..i just hope that the next wave is bigger, faster and even more elegant than this already gorgeous phone..
tiku, 05 Jan 2012Hi dude... please don't buy any samsung wave because these come with bada, not android. 98% of... moreHi Tiku! you said in your comment that dont go for bada os and go for android. But I've a question for u, all android phones have a common problem that battery backup is an issue. Doesn't give all day battery backup with internet use, i mean on heavy use. That is the question of fact. I am willing to buy an android phone but hesitating just because of backup issue. I want such a phone with atleast one day battery backup with heavy use of internet. Suggest me any such android phone.
