No he works perfectly, you want to kill samsung, nokia asha is bad no wifi no nothing, samsung is the best !
For this money is better any Nokia Asha because Nokia has better build quality (the best in low cost phones) and the best software updates support (Samsung doesn't update anytime feature phones).
Also, Asha phones run S40, it's whatsapp compatible. S40 is more configurable than other propietary OS since ever.
addam, 27 Jul 2012Its very very gud mobile and all this comments are fakeVery Nice Phone Everything Is Working Nicely
Features are good, nice shape, nice screen and relatively easy to use. It says here it has an accelerometer which mine does not, but it does have a proximity detector.
The battery life is alright but as you'd expect WiFi reduces it to about a day. It DOES have a threaded conversation mode for texting, however it doesn't seem as good as those I've seen on other Samsungs - it doesn't show pictures in the bubbles and it still says new message unless you actually open it. Another not-so-good thing is that it's not very customisable and it has no picture editor.
It's not all bad, though. Like I said, the features are good and it has other useful little things like when on the homescreen, tapping the status bar will show a mini control centre where you can control wifi, bluetooth, silent mode and see notifications.
It's overall a good phone and it's quite fast, too. My main problem with it is that it is a little overpriced, if touchscreen's not such an important thing you'd be better off with a ch@t 335.
it is the worst model of samsung so don't waste ur money.it is not a smartphone.internet is very slow.its menu looks very poor.it has same functions as smsng champ but only with bigger screen.
this Phone is not Good because it will not support the video player in the internet and in the phone there is no good option so please nobody can buy this phone
Micromax a52 have better specification than this at same price . A52 is android and 1 ghz processor.
Its not a smartphone, so don't get expectant about super fast email and photo editing etc. but the best qualities for me are that battery life is decent, and the composing text display and numeric keyboard are big.
The virtual Qwerty keyboard is hard to manage with big thumbs but the numeric keypad is excellent, supporting usual T9. This is an upgrade not only of the Tocco Lite but the Tocco Icon, the disastrous model that kept ringing random people in your phonebook and would unlock itself at will. This however is a little slow on internet access but if all you need are the footy results and a bit of news then its fine.
The facebook app is particularly good, the messaging speed particularly. I have ok-to-good (more ok than good) reception in my area and on vodafone UK it works better than my previous Nokia phone. Samsungs are excellent for voice reception, and in these days of worse and worse reception every year, it performs pretty well.
There's conversation view for messages but no picture support for contacts in that view. If you want all that, go for a smartphone and enjoy less than 21hrs of battery life every day lol. But if you like a small handset and you're a one-handed texter this is great. It takes a bit of getting used to without haptic (vibration) feedback on the keys but I soon got used to it.
The email client isn't wonderful and its not a business phone, but my memories of my one and only android phone were constantly being hounded by emails and syncing. None of that here :-)
