josette pace, 15 Aug 2008any help about the sounds as i cant hear the sms s or calls .....its not loud enough u may Reset it in the phone profile.
Remember to save it after u have reset.

i received this phone as a up to date contract, it's a great little phone, does everything i want it to do. BUT...my ring tone is up to the max and when i receive a call i can't hear it well, but when i am being alerted by a message it is really loud!
(just don't understand it)

I think it is worth to buy it. I used to get Nokia phone and it's my first Samsung Cell Phone. I'm pretty much happy with it.

cpw chick, 17 Aug 2008nd i must also add the battery lasts up to 1 day at minimal use becoz it stuggles to get a sig... moreMaybe it's because you're in an area with crap coverage that it struggles for a signal. If you can set it to GSM-only then do it, because 3G-seeking takes a lot of battery power.
Nokias do the same thing if you're in an area with low coverage.

I have just upgraded to a samsung soul, but the screen keeps going blank. Its got to the stage where I can't use it. I flick up the cover and the bottom menu lights up but the screen either flicks on and then goes off or doesn't appear at all. Help!!!

i am so so sick of this fone. had it 2 mnths and the software is awful!!!! i am coinsidering trading it in for a SE w910 LOL!
ppkl say the LG secret is a poor comparison..at least the secret doesn't switch itself off for no reason or have a crap signal in a high signal area. a poor poor fone for samsung...lets hope the omnia and innov8 bring them back on top!
