I have had this phone for a few weeks now and love it. The only thing that bugs me sometimes is that I can not get some files to open. If you have anyadvice please let me know.
my girlfriend said she would breack up with me if i bought this expensive phone , i love my new u900
any help about the sounds as i cant hear the sms s or calls .....its not loud enough
It's not as customizable as a Symbian phone, but it compensates with the design and feel when you have it in your hands. If you are not someone who doesn't need to hack and crack your cell phone to its very core, I think you will love the u900 SOUL.
this phone is not suport to all java and slowly when conect to memory, i love my nokia n82 is better
this phone is slow to connect and not support for all java i love my NOKIA N82 is BETTER
i like it but it doesnt have much of a choice in wallpaper and sms alerts tones
just got the soul....but cant find the sms ringtones anywhere and also i find the volume too low....can anyone help please ? thank you
As an experienced phone user I've always liked Samsung but never been too keen on owning one, the u900 however is a completely different story.
Apart from being a very classy looking handset the functionality, features and battery life are really top class, not to mention the build quality.
I've had this phone for 2 weeks and absolutely love it.
If you're looking for a great looking phone that does absolutely everything; and does it well then this really is a serious consideration.
IT ROCKS...i have it, at 1st its hard to get use..but you'll get use to it at time pass...it's a great phone...
Hi DORIAN thanks 4 your advice, its really gonna help me alot thanks again have a great day.
Jolene, 12 Aug 2008Hi thanks 2 everyone that replied 2 me but still not sure about U900 Read the opinions many pe... moreHi Jolene. Listen, there are many that say this phone is good, and many that say it's bad, it's like ALL phones on the market, there is, never has been and probably never will be a perfect phone fit for all, that's just the facts and all know that's true. It all bottles down to preference and what the phone will be used for. I say, the best thing for you to do is go to a local mobile retailer, check out both the U900 and G600/G800 and see what it's like up-close, get the retailer to even switch the phones on for you and go through it. Also, ask all questions that seem to be puzzling you on the phones. What a lot of people do is go all over the internet and research a phone, think wow i love this phone, I'm going to buy it! Then they buy it straight away with no hands on experience beforehand and the slightest fault they see, they complain and get all upset about it. Do your proper research, get a hands-on experience before you decide. I hope I helped. Have a nice day :)
Anonymous, 10 Aug 2008I hane had my samsung soul for only 3 months, when you slide it up the screen goes blac. has a... morewell im think im the most unfortunate owner of soul. I got mine replaced by a new unit due to wobbling of slide up after 2 weeks of waiting. Then after a week, got a problem with my incoming calls, the screen becomes blank in a regulart occasions. I returned again my unit to the service center and will pick it up tomorrow. I lost my excitement in my samsung soul
Did anyone know how to display the clock when the phone is slide down and not in used on the screen.
(first off i don't own this fone) i dunno if this will work. the samsung d500 that i had, had an option to disable the "end function" when closing the slide. so techinically it would do nothing. like usually if you'd cancel your text message you'd just slide your phone closed... im not sure if this phone will have it, but thats the only advice i have.
Hi thanks 2 everyone that replied 2 me but still not sure about U900 Read the opinions many people say not 2 buy it, which is better U900 or G600/G800. Please help i need 2 decide quick
