Had the same problem after 1 year of having this phone. Send it back and now it's ok.

i have been having this phone for almost eight months now and it fell two months ago. the screen is black and connot see anything on it. i just want to know if there is any serious damage to it or if i should just insrt another lcd and if so how much does it cost

uhmm,well i had this phone for about a year and i love the camera but there are 2 problems
1. the touch panel became black
2. when i slide up the phone the screen will become blue.
but all in all,i love it.it just needs a repair:)

The ribbon and the touch panel fail after 2 years. You have to replace it. The agents have the parts. Lousy housing too, thou its metal, the metal coating peels off!!!

Nice phone,easy to use, brilliant camara,low sound is a promblem, but can be solved by converting sound high quality.

The only thing I'm having t... moreyes, i have the same trouble with the light intensity on the touch panel. it became so faint until i can hardly to see the icon.
and now, the touch screen is giving me trouble. it didn't response to any touch when i slide up my phone...and the warranty period has just over :(

I've had this phone for a year now. It's been a great experience.
The only thing I'm having trouble right now is the TOUCH PANEL... it lights up, but the intensity has become VERY weak... i almost don't see the icons and bottons on the TOUCH PANEL...
I think it is because i've used it too much and it's getting old...
Can I fix this?
What do you think? If that happened to you or you know from someone else, please reply this post!

All it is, is the connection wire behind the screen because the phone is getting old, the cord is streched.
