The soul is the best phone money can buy i have a black one and to answer some of your questions the sond is great and you have to ring your servise provider to find out how many texts and calls you have left.
If anyone wants a phone seriously BUY THE SOUL!!!!

Suzy, 02 Jul 2008Can anybody tell me what about the sound quality?.....Is its sound high? please tell meThe sound is very good, very clear, you can hear it from another room easily, the sound in call volume however is another story, its erratic, sometimes its good, sometimes you can barely hear it, my advice, blue tooth, otherwise sound is very good
