Select AUDIO [8]
Select [3]
Select [3]
Select [1]
To change the volume of MP3 ringtones, select 6 and then type in 40 and press OK. This will change your max volume to 4db. Change the others to anything lower than 4db and bob's your uncle!

Deep, 03 Apr 2010Is it a touch screen..??no,this just has a magical touchpad the menu buttons i mean.and good camera 5mp zoom with flash.

My battery HARDLY last for 2 days... Is it normal? The sound problem can be solved. If you read some comments behind You will find how. The phone is Awsome. I love it! Awsome photos. Easy to use. Very very good.. But the battery life..:S

I've had this phone for nearly 3 years it has been great, no major problems. However as of yesterday once it goes into standby mode (dark screen but still on) the screen will not flash back up. The touch screen keys and keypad still light up as normal but you cannot see anything on the screen. Not sure why this is????

E.Ndl, 09 Feb 2010I have had my phone for 12 months now, two days ago it just went blank on me.I switched it off... morehad the same promblem, i had to book it in and they had to reboot and troubleshoot it. just backup all the infomation u have on ur phone if u can. send it back to the manufacture.

The phone works very slow if yu keep more than 150 mensseges... but if you deletete them it works fine again. I have this phone about more than a year and i really like it but it is so slow after some sms...

Ive had the Samsung soul for a year now and can honestly say i love this wee phone. it has touch screen and buttons for ease of txting. it has been reliable and looks great (i think anyway!)
Ive had no problems with it to date and am struggling to find a phone to replace it as im due an upgrade soon!
The only one downside i mite say is that the music is quite low and could do with speakers attached, other than that its been a loyal companion and a phone i can depend on :)

i thought this was the best phone ever because i enjoy doing the background wall papers and themes and i like the touch screen pannel but then after 3 mo. the ribbon get cuit for some reasons i dont know.. then the screen turn blank it can recieve text and call but you cant see it,,,so i realize its not worth the price!!
