I have always hated smart phones cause it was just too complicated and I dont have time to figure out a phone. Got the new vibrant and I couldn't be happier it is the best and easiest phone to figure out. It's totally awesome must have!!!!

this is an iphone killer for sure. if you know what you are doing modding the phone is real ez. once you get root you can do anything. the specs on the phone are unbelievable. this phone deserves a medal. if your looking for a new phone this is the one to get.

so...anybody knows whenskype.will available for samsung vibrant on tmobile or an update with froyo 2.2 will solve the problem...?anyone know?

One last thing on the specs, this phone has a PowerVR GPU in addition to the Hummingbird processor, so it will kick the butt of many if not all other smartphones out there when processing 3D imaging (Live wallpapers, games, effects...) and video.

One word of advice for would-be buyers: If you will only navigate with maps and such you'll be cool but if you need great GPS precision, you won't get it on this device, at least not until the Froyo update that we are hoping will fix this.
I used my Bold 9000 and HTC Aria before to track my running workouts and they worked great, but with a precision of 12Mts it is simply useless for this.

ayo, 09 Nov 2010pls does anyone know how to unlock the samsung vibrant?? i need to do this fast ppllssssssssSearch the market for "vibrant unlock" and get the app. If it doesn't work, check on xda-developers.com on the Vibrant section for the other (more difficult) free option that I had to use OR you could just buy an unlock code online for $35

Hiya, i LOVE LOVE LOVE my vibrant, its soo good...but i bought mine from the US via ebay, im in australia and ive configured all the settings to the ones given to me by my network. Everythings working fine but i cannot send or recieve MMS...anyone got any ideas?? help would be awsome! =]...other than that slight glitch, this phone is definatly a winner, in my oppinion, far better than iphone ^^

[deleted post]Hello I m from pakistan.All the android phones by default, u can use 1 service.If u r using Internet then u can't use the service of MMS.and if u use da servide of mms then u can't browsing.I have vibrant phone too.Here in paksitan i can use internet...Not a mms.
