Tmobile is giving this phone to me at $49.95.... and I so can't wait to get it next week. I wonder how the kindle on it is like.

It has a useless front facing camera though.
Buttons are also nicer. No need for search really.

Is there a version that comes with a flash for the camera and will work for Tmobile? If so, where can I get it?

what i noticed about this phone... is that the display is very nice...but when u go to web browser...everything is not very clear... i think because of the display... its hard to read articles from internet... well compared to iphone display...i can read very clear on iphone! and the camera is very slow...it takes too much time to take a photo and than to take another photo! other that that its a nice phone and its the only nice and real hight tech phone from tmobile!

I am returning my Galaxy S 16Gb. It is very good in general but the GPS is terrible, terrible. I need a working GPS, not a useless one. Pity, what a pity... no alternatives since android does not support external bluetooth gps units.
Do something Samsung! Maybe a recall is needed!

The Bell Vibrant in Canada is so much better than this one.
It comes with flash and front facing camara.
It has buttons from original Galaxy s phone.

BigT, 05 Aug 2010Which is better between the my-touch slider or the samsung galaxy?they are in 2 different specs, only the os2.1 is the same in both phones, other than that,it all depends on the personal favor, but i like vibrant better over all, especially the big screen.

3vilhomer, 05 Aug 2010google pinyin allows the phone to see chinese in menu or juz in websites?? is there any chines... morethis phone doesn't have the chinese display, however, the os supports chinese display on the web, and text messaging. Google pinyin gives you the ability to enter the chinese characters to contacts, search the web, texting, etc.

AMOLED is bad for your health? Oh please...smoking too, so be carefull buying this Samsung and smoking @ the same time!
This is by far one the best Android phone out there, great work Samsung!
