We have to pre select the dailing network every time.
This option could have given while dailing select sim1 or sim2.
Now this is not user freindly.
All other options are good and battery back up vety good and talk time i got is 5 hours 40 mts
I can say this excellent in Duo of CDMA & GSM.

it is very excellent mobile.....i am using right now..it is very very conditions music player,fm radio,,,,gprs superb......one of the best thing is cdma and gsm sims both are working at a time and waiting options very well......it is very good mobile

but the sad thing is that we cant install applications in memory card , its only gets installed in the phone memory .
can any1 tell me how 2 install apps on memory card in w259.

Its a CDAMA + GSM phone , which doesnt support .jar files but these files can be converted to jad using Jad maker and installed. internal memory is very low & due to this am not able 2 install more than 12 applications .No push mail :( , Good battery backup.Sometimes when my intenet is down i
also use it as a modem to connect internet on my PC ,
Prsently its the BEST cdma+gsm dual sim phone available in the market

this is not too good mobile..but it's o.k..it's better than Nokia dual sim mobile........so.....

I'm trying to create .3gp files by video converter for samsung duos 259 but those files i've created are not supported by the phone. can any body help me for the video settings.

very gud mobile but internet speed is very slow from gsm conction

Cdma network connectivity works well with clear sound quality.But gsm network connectivity not working well.Internet is very slow.And exit soft key option from camera application not given.If some one know please help me.

Main disadvantage
1. Speed dial not work properly.
2. Caller ring tone & picture not work properly if u remove memory card and again put it.
3. If I put the phone in off line mode & again back it normal, the roaming signal will go on in CDMA sim.
4. No message send in only CDMA mode.
5. Blue tooth dose not switch on if one mode is disable.
