To be honest, I don't think the design is that bad at all.
But I still think that if someone made the most aesthetically pleasing phone ever someone still wouldn't like it. But after all, it is only a phone.

xso, if you don't know the first impression is the most important, so a bad design doesn't help very much

Oh who cares about the design. It's the functionality that matters. They could make the nicest looking phone in the world and you'd always get someone going "ugly design".
