Simply Fabulous! Having used Nokias, Motorolas, Panasonics, I am just in love with this phone. The only deficit is that the samsung people might have considered putting in a camera.

i have also the x480 phone of samsung coz i like it so much,even i have a new phone but i still wanted to use the x480 coz its very easy to cary and comfortable & very good looking.

x480 is very poor at battery, because i can talk only 3 days and i shut it down during the night in order to save some battery. Another discomfort consists in a very complicate way to find out how much time did you talk at the last call

I got the X480 a week back for abt US $115 in the gray market.Battery backup comes to about 3 days with usage for abt 30min a day.This is a phone ONLY for talking on..messaging is quite a hassle.And there's no option to forward a message!!!Thats atrocious in this day and age.The built in ringtones are AWFUL!!So u gotta download other tones.Keypad is nice and big..easy to type text messages.
Not at all as user-friendly as Nokia

by this mobile you can compose melodies. The best way to get rid off vibration when you don;t want any ring tone, is to compose a melody with no sound.

I've just bought it last 28th October. The phone's great, except that I can't seem to completely turn off the vibration in silent mode? I'd also like to know if I can turn all sound volume to zero? If anyone there knows how to, kindly help me. Thank you.

Samsung X 480 is the best one in the all models, which are running in the maeket at this era.Its look is very decent and makes a persons, personality charming by holding in hands.

i cant select my favorites ringtones, who has been download, when i want to receive a text mesaje. and also y can selec vibration+sound with any ringtone.
here in Argentina, this mobile phone has a trouble with the signal, just lose the signal in any moment. thanks, sorry about my english...greetings
