The s360 is a nice phone but it has many problems. it cant play downloaded ringtones and it could just get blocked for no just cause. mine showed "sendo test" and then "blocked" please i will like the organisation to help me with useful information.

i got sendo s360 its really good but internet does not work if organization solve my problem than it would become perfect mobile

It is really a bad fone.My S360 automatically went off and up to today it cant be switched on

Sendo S360 is a superb phone with sharp cloured screen,
But i found it difficult to download ringing tones, wallpapper pics and new games on it. i will be happy if the Organisation can help me out on these three areas (i.e Ringine tones, wallpaper and new games.)

i got the sendo s360 in April 05 the internet does not work and the screen frezes sometimes but other than that it's ok

I got this phone as my first phone and i relly do hate it. 1) The phone can only hold about 25 messages 2)The volume is rubbish 3) You cannot feel the vibrate when a message comes through or you get a call 4) I have my phone repaired twice and since then i have had to set it back to factory settings twice because of software problems 5) The pictures are rubbish 6)When you download new ringtones they very rarely work 7)The battery life is pants. You get about 8 hours outof it 8)The microfone is rubbish 9) The earpiece crackles all the time. And i could go on but you would get board. Seriously if you want to spend as little as possible, spend your time getting your phone fixed, not use it very often, get stressed out over your new phone. then buy this phone.

I'm from Congo D.R.,It has been two week I'm no recieveing calls. My s360 was working perfectily until whem after swiching it off for charging, because it was allmost low bat ,but after plugging it didn't show any sign of power then I tried to turn it on. It didn't work and upto now I'm not using it dispite all autorised people (Vodacom) of my town (Lubumbashi) tried to repaire. Please, it's my first phone and I do not want to be disapionted, help me in one way or an other.

sendo s360 is a cool phone,but the problem is that i need polyphony ringtones and pictures,but anytime i download any, it gives me the sound i dont like, please i need an answer on how to download good ringtones. thanks.

Hi, nice phone having acquired on but cannot reset date can anyone advise in detail how to do it. Can't find anything under settings. Do you perhaps have to press 2 keys?

to mechael the sendo phones scan every thing in the memory when switching on so when a file is dameged it may cuz hanging of if you could take your phone to some shop to delete that file it may help, or reflashing the phone..

Problem with my sendo s360.. i got connected.. viewing my mails and all.. and please after downloading some pictures (*.gif files) from the internet into my phone... it refusing to come on... it switches off on its on.. after you have swithced it on... please I love this phone.. how can i fix it... please mail me (mikeonyi@yahoo.co.uk).. thnk you.. Its a very good phone.. even without a camera nor media softwares etc.. its a good phone.. i couldnt even check my mails with it... but the problem started when i started saving pictures of musical artist to my phone.. it was working perfectly before going to bed.. on getting up, i switched it on.. it comes on.. blinks twice and then switches off... its been 1 week its been doing this... and i am already missing my phone... IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN FIX THIS... OR HAS IT SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE MEMORY... PLEASE ADVICE... Thank you... Mike..
