some body talked about the alm ring tones..
can u pls tell me wat r they n how to load in the set....n how diff. they r from MP3 tones..can i load songs n set them as ring tones in sendo sv663??

this phone it really sucks...
have u ever seen a phone with camera and no
connection to a computer or irda ?..
i have a sendo sv663 and it gives me bad days .. why is this so slow? is there any chance of making it faster? why does Sendo makes this phone so so so slowww... and what are those crashes?? if I scroll up in the menu ,the cursor goes down ... that's really awfull...DONT BUY THIS PHONE!!!!! i mean it

Very cool fone im gettin it 4 ma birthday. My mum's already charged it up so i dont have to wait on the day i get it. I had a little peak and so far its very good. But can someone please email me and say what type of ringtones are already on the phone because i never found that out. Thank you.

Dear Friends...
I have this phone and I loved it. Even I praised it on the same site gsmarena.com and helped people configure GPRS on the phone. But for last two weeks there has been a serious problem with the software of my phone. All of a sudden, it stopped saving the pictures and gave "Failed" message when I took any picture. It had lot of free memory. Later it started giving problems when I tried to view the inbox.. It showed duplicate messages.. Even it stopped saving the messages in drafts folder.. I thought perhaps I needed to free some more memory and tried to delete some existing pictures but it could not delete them also... Finally I decided to give it a master reset (Last option in Settings menu)... When i reset it, it started behaving even worse. Now it does not open the Inbox, Pictures, games, bookmarks and sound menu. Does not save any picture taken from camera. Did any of you face this problem with your phone? How did you fix it? It certainly is an error in the software of phone and apparently is related to the memory.... If anyone has any suggestion, kindly email me and let me know...

It's a very cheap phone with Vga camera and 65k display but it has some problems with animated images (gifs) and some java applications or games: it just freezes and must be turned off and back on sometimes. Also the menu is kinda slow; it doesn't have an image slideshow, like Nokia does. The battery time it's about 3-4 days, with average use of the phone.

The battry if charged full will normally takes ~ 2-3 days to completely discharged. Plz make sure that completely discharge the battary and then plug it for re-charging. Its battry time is good. Also check if you visit the area where the signal strength is very week the battery discharges very soon.

Well u unKnown thanks alots,,,,,,,and i really thankfull for ur kind information,u really satisfy me abt that phone ,,,,,,,but as u say that Slow so i m thinking wht comes next,but still i like this phone shape dont no y but its really Hot n Sexy ....i no that its not have an data transfer cable and yes MMS and Wap is only the ways for stuff,,well u says abe Alternates tellme some allternates of that phone thats all,,,,,,,and thanks thanks again,,,,,bye

I wish I could say its THE best phone for the price but I'll have to settle for it being an ok bang for the buck, SV663's got features galore but none of them are well implemented, you get 3 different kinds of ringtones, midi.. smaf and amr, amr being kinda like truetones, but the volume is so low that you can't really enjoy the sounds, it supports screensavers but the phone is so damn slow that you have to press the keys a couple of times i.e 3 seconds to come out of the screensaver mode, same goes for the games, its so slow that you're better off not playing on it. The only way to get anything on your phone is via wap. The camera, though, actually is quite fast and responsive but the only way to get the photos off the phone is, again, via wap or MMS. To make it short, the phone's feature packed but you need to have the patience of a samurai to enjoy those features, Think of SV663 as a farrari with a lemon for an engine. Only buy it if you HAVE to have a cheap camera phone. Otherwise there are a lot of better alternatives in the market.

SV663 batteries, like all phone batteries, have to get a maximum charge first before normal use, e.g charge it for atleast 7 hours before normal usage, after this initial long charge, you only need to charge it for 1-2 hours afterwards. The difference is that without the full charge, the battery'll only work for 2-3 hours max, if you full-charge it initially, it will last 4-5 hours easy with usage an' all, one more thing, you only need to power charge it once every 60 days.
