biggest pile ever, had first one, thought maybe it was just me. used it, never had any reall good luck, thing always wanted to go on internet by itself, mp3 player function spotty at best, locked up on calls. finally would not start up at all. sent it back for warranty, and obtained replacement quickly, thought this phone had to be better, WRONG!! same thing, very hard to use, touchscreen stubborn, still locks up. but worth the 99 cents with at&t but no more, seriously i thing sharp should recall all of them, their products are usually very good, but this phone is the lousiest excuse ever.

Does anyone know how to reconfigure this phone so my daughter doesn't keep getting uninteded data charges? When she swypes the screen the wrong way it costs $2 a pop. If I turn off the data with AT&T then she has no pic messaging.

it is AWFUL. Slow, it unlocks by itself and turns on by itself. i hate this, i got it a week ago with high hopes and its terrible! when I type, the letters turn up ten seconds after i push the button. very flimsy, too big.

anytime iphone4 , 3gs is best than this crap even the oldest iphone 2g (jailbroken) with all apps is toooo gooood infront of this sharp crappy phone

Poorly designed, and not at all intuitive. Lots of content, but more of an entertainment toy rather than a serious mobile device. I would pass on this, even if it were free.

Hey i guys! if any of you are thinking of buying this phone, i DO NOT recommend it, i bought it for $100.00 and it looked nice! but when i got it I didn't really enjoy it, you can only delete 1 picture at a time. :\
& the browser sucks, so unless its $5 bucks, DONT buy it.

It is a good working phone, but the controls are cumbersome and its a very awkward design.
