i bought a mobile GX10i 2 days ago, it was working perfect! but today as i put a number in it frozed up, i took battery out and put back in and turned it on, all i got is a white screen, has anyone had this problem before?

gx 10i is a great phone dont like the voda phone service on orange but cant get the gprs to work for orangehad the sim update but told by orange to go on net and find download can anyone tell me where to search as dont want to get new phone ta much

Can anyone help? i have a WAP envelope too that i cant get rid of. i have tried following the advice that people have left about 'see Vodaphone mail' and if i press any of the buttons while downloading, nothing happens or it stops. no menu comes up! cant press option 8 or anything! very annoying. is it because i have a pay as you go SIM in the phone?

To get to the WAP alerts you need to go into vodafone live and go to options (Right Hand Softkey) in there should be browser options or something like that I think its option 4. then choose option 4 after that again and those are your WAP alerts. Hope this helps mate

i went to the vodaphone shop and they told me that infrared does not work because the data space is not capable. sorry

2 change your ring tones go 2 profiles.. then click on which ever volume..(eg. car) go 2 edit.. assign melody then .... you choose the already made ones or your own!write back in if i could help!

i no how 2 do infrared and put pics on pc! ha ha:P
for infrared go to settings then infrared then on or off and for pics to pc i'll ave 2 keep you in suspence im afraid :P gald i could help!

i had this phone in uk and it was great but now i want to use it in holland with dutch sim card. The network is the same but it doesnt work. WHY?
