Vodafone australia doesn't lock any of their phones, and the bluetooth doesn't have to do with the network. Using any sim card in this phone would be fine. The only thing you would not be able to access is vodafone live.
Great phone, let down a bit by lack of memory, screen is awesome. To use with other networks you just have to put in their WAP & MMS settings.
You can also see it at Vodafone Bondi Junction, which is better than centrepoint because it is near the beach.
I really like this phone and its quite cheap! one thing thats stoppin me from getting it is being on vodafone i want to be on 02 and i know i can get the phone unlocked but ive heard that if you do thats you cannot use your bluetooth, send and recieve MMS and go on the internet, does anyone know if this is true? plzzz help im cunfuffled! x x
Fantastic value camera flip phone with an amazingly bright display...can be seen at vodafone centrepoint, sydney, australia :)
Wow!!! This phone is so cool!! Is making wonderful photos!! Makes the money
The GX 25 and its predecessor GX15 are absolutely the best in screen and camera. But wonder if Sharp has done a mistake or its just an overlook...both phones have no facility to clear call logs.!!! you have to delete the dialled, miss and received calls one by one...I tried my best to find a one-press button for the log clear but there is no such facility.
great phone however the battery life is shocking, 2 and a half days at most with normal use
Great phone had it a week , but does anyone know how to get rid of the Wap Alert icon on the display??? I downloaded a ringtone and the icon will not leave the phone!!!
I can see where you are coming from Jb. However the lack of memory on the GX25 surely cant be the only reason to dislike it. Does that make the Nokia 6230, Siemens S65 and O2 X3 better than the K700i just because they take memory cards as well? I can see where you are coming from but not everybody wants tons of memory. They just want to snap a few pics and go (sorry that sounds so cheesy). The GX25 takes photos which, in my opinion, are about the best around for a VGA camera. But its just an opinion and if you disagree with my views then fair enough (thats what this forum is for).
good looking fone, but dont like buttons or the vodafone icons and menu system. excellent screen&camera. Video is average but who realy uses that much??
i think gx25 is great camera fone takin into account that it isnt a megapixel fone. bt i prefer sony ericsson's user interface (i had t610 before). i got gx25 becoz gx30 was too xpensiv for me...hmmm does any1 know were i can get keypress fings for the ringtone composer
i got this phone for crimbo and its the best phone ive ever had ide recomend it to any one
does anyone know if i can make this so when i open the phone it answers the call i dont have to press any buttons (ps great phone) really light and pictures are compressed so that the 2mb memory is NO PROBLEM
Best phone ive ever had can take photos, vidio record best colour screen on the market and lightest bluetooth i Love this phone better than any other phone
cheapie version from Sharp. For those who doesn't need nuch memory for picture storage and so on...
Hi!!My opinion is that this phone is useless because memory is not enought.what can u do with only 2.1Mb??You may take a lot of photos but what about video?I have a sony-ericsson k700i and I have 30 min. of video(no time limit!!!)and 24Mb,I repeat 24Mb(not 2.4) are free to use!!!Also the quality of my LCD screen in k700 is very very good!Better try something else with more memory.GX30 it's mutch better because of the card slot
