hi can sum1 plz help me? I no this may sound stupid but wot colour does the keypad on the gx30 light up? i want to buy one as its the only phone that suits me and has everything i need on it but i hate green keypads like the gx10i blue or white r ok. sum 1 plz tel me lol thanx

I don't think you can find sharp gx30 in jakarta. Indonesians don't know what features this mobile has. I had a problem to sell my old gx20! Too expensive they said :) But it sold finally.
Now, I keep my gx30 for my self...

Oh I forgot to tell you that the bluetooth can connect to the bluetooth handsfree and to sync with your pc only. To use it as a modem for your pocket pc or palm is impossible. Don't think to send your picture to another mobile phone by infrared or bluetooth either!
Hey, but you can use your memory card if you wanna share your pictures, right? :)

file mp3 in your mmc can be played by highlighted the file then press play [centre button].
on the menu, go to My stuff, Sounds, Memory Card, then choose you mp3!
You Can also go to Applications from Menu. Then choose MP3 player.
I can't use any mp3 or wav for the ringtone of my sharp gx30, but midi.
And it's not so bad, if you like Vanessa Mae or Bond :)

hey guys . i just wanna knoe wat the restrictions are for the vodafone- Gx 32. what do u mean by restrictions. and i also want to knoe about if it can play MP3 as a ringtone.

u can get a software upgrade at any repair centre if ur phone is under warranty.

to shannon please explain away about this upgrade, where do you get it & does it unlimit the video of 400kb & unlock the bluetooth.people shud appreciate the screen on this phone and the camera quality

peter,thats a bit harsh just get a software upgrade and everything is unlocked.gx30 rocks!!!!!

this phone has too many failures,no proper bluetooth,no voice tags,carnt program the buttons,vodafone have made a big blunder.
