Yes, the smaller size you select (picture resolution to like 640x480 (VGA) is much faster than the full 2MP.

Well... when T-mobile have Sharp manufature their model they start to cut corners, so that's why there is no slide show on the TM200. Sadly there are a lots of good feature missing compared to the one's that comes out in Japan (I don't know of any TM200 model or this model that came out in Japan, TM200 must be exclusive to T-mobile). You just have to live with what you have.

The lag is about 10 seconds. It's dead slow compared to the V801SH or the V902SH.

how long is the lag after hitting the 'next photo' to seeing the next photo?

also can you create folders for photos?

opening up the small slide show takes heck of a long time! To open a photo from the small slide it takes about 10 seconds to open one photo! on the V802SH, V902SH's it only takes half a seconds to open a photo and to view the small slide, 802, 902 is instant but the TM200 takes half a minute to show 4 or 5 small slide show...

how long does it take to open a 2mp photo then?

also, cant you just view all your pictures as a slideshow, which saves you opening them individually?

Quality is low grade compared to the one's made in Japan... Everything is slow from viewing a picture from a memory card (take's forever!), etc, etc. That's what you get for in the GSM market.

to nned help:

You can't compare the V902SH and the TM200. The 902 will blow away the TM200 anyday! Look at the specifications! I don't have to write any more about it.
