Very bad Battery backup

My siemen C35 phone got out of work almost 2 months ago. The problem is somebody entered a phonecode without telling me. When I changed a new SIM it asked me to enter a phonecode. I tried a number of times and later on it was locked.
May you please help me in deactivating the phonecode. It makes me not be able to use different SIMs.

I like the handset. Its cool look, graphics are wonderful
It would be nice if it comes to the market again

i am using C35 from 3 years. But i having problem with my this model. how can Insert or input Ring tone in C35. I first go to Record Melory and can't enter like H2(1/8),P(1/16) etc. please suggest me. thanks
