Longtime Nokia user so got a bit of getting used to the navigation of the CX65 but like it alot. Two minor questions though.
1. Is the battery meant to go after just two days?
2. Is there any way to send an MMS message from your PC to the phone ?

Hello everybody! I am about to bye a new phone and I have cast an eye to Siemens CX65. But it is very important to me to know what is the maximum length of a single voice memo allowed by this phone. Is there any limit or the record might be as long as allows the free memory?

Dear ixnj,
My cx65 has decided to switch itself off and my phone keeps 'locking up'
I even tried just to take a photo last night and it said the camera was unavailable.
Fantastic phone but no bluetooth and minor problems that let it down.
I have been onto to orange for 25 minutes now just to try and get a new phone.

ok i managed the del the read only file from Memory Asisst, but somehow it still stuck in my Inbox (can be access by Left button), help!!

I have this Read-Only file in my Data Inbox. I tried to delete it, but it stated it's a Read Only File, thus cannot be deleted. Any idea? This file is a theme file that i d/l, but now wanna remove it.

Need help....
Can any body tell me where can I download midi or wav files for CX65. I tried to transfer some files from my computer but those files doesn't work. Can you give me web address to download files to my computer and transfer to mobile phone

Just grab the sim card on top (top of sim card which is not covered by metal) by fingernails, bend the sim card slightly upwards and pull it out. do not use any sharp things. I had similar difficulties, but once you learn it,its easy.

After slotting my SIM card into the slot, i can't take it out? any methods to recommend?

To connect the phone to com..use an IRDA device on your com or just get the serial/USB cable..if not u can send pics/video by MMS to your email. As for deactivating the cam sound, it is possible. visit http://nlo.gsmhosting.net/tweaking/camera_click.php

And no...it cannot play MP3s...having no MP3 player or FM radio is its downside...but it is still the best around

It does switch off occasionally for no apparent reason..likely to be a software fault...but it is an excellent phone..the best in its class

Anyone who has a problem with the phone turning of...
it's not a faulty handset, don't worry. it happens on all siemens phones. i read a review somewhere and it says just that. i don't currently have this phone, but am going to get it :) i do have another siemens phone and the same thing happens.
it's annoying, but they're still good quality phones :)
