well i have had my sl65 for 8 months and i have had a few problems with it but its a cute and a good phone
but it does get damaged very easy
and resently it has been turnin off
I own both the siemens sl65 and now a samsung d500. True the general consensus is that the samsung is a far superior phone with much more upto date technology and facilities, but however, I still think that the siemens has a better quality feel and build about it than the samsung.
Credit must be given to Samsung for improving on the sliding mechanism over Siemens, however.
Try the Samsung D500 ,It's ways alot better then sl65.Speaker phone,Bluetooth,95MB share memory,60 minute video recording,MP3,nice LCDscreen,......alot more. You don't have to sliding up to awnser the phone. You've got to see&try it &you gona love it.
Purchased this phone as it looked and sounded fantastic, but have since been hugely disappointed. The life of the battery is poor, needing a charge most nights if a few phone calls or a number or texts have been sent. The Sliding front concept is a good one, however I feel this could be improved if phone calls could be accepted without having to open the phone. WAP pages are rarely accessable although this could be a network fault, can not download onto the phone and would be much better if it had bluetooth. One word sums this phone up.... Disappointing
love this phone! battery life is fine (lasts longer than most nokia phones!) never had an experience of charging the phone everyday.. the need of opening the slider to answer a call never bothered me.. it is better to have a cool and sleek stylish phone like sl65 than those huge boring design like nokia phones theyre selling in the market nowadays
i bought this phone last month. at first, i was so impressed by it! its a great phone! such a beatiful design! But the problem is, it sucks on its battery life! i have charge it everyday. the receiver was also really2 bad! i compare it to my old nokia, this phone has no signal at all in my room, and my nokia has 3-4 bars. what to say..
i like this phone but i don't like the feature that you should always open the proslider to answer the phone. It doesn't have a feature for this.does it?
I like the phone but I am having trouble setting up email accounts and it just will not connect to the internet no matter what I do.I know you can got to the siemens site but thats really hard to get through to as it just keeps saying acces denied.
What i'm really asking is can anyone please just tell what to do in plain english.
I like the phone but i need help!
I love this phone! But there's a problem I am always traveling, Can I use this phone all over the world????? PLEASE HELP!!
This is a great fone, it looks good, works well and is an all round brilliant phone!
I would recomend this to anyone with a bit of cash. A definate must!!!!!
I just got this phone and I am very impressed but one problem that I would like someone to clarify...my phone kept shutting off and I looked at the battery and it was low, is that why it shut off? I am just a bit paranoid somethign is wrong.
I also plugged it in, but I dont think you can charge and run the phone at the same time, anyone confirm this?
how much it costs?? how long the video capturing it takes?? is this phone have voice recorder?? how about mp3?? how much is this phone in the philippines pleas answer me ASAP
I have no problems with this phone, I love it and haven't found anything majorly wrong with it.. it's overall a great phone. Well worth it..
are the ringtones (polyphonic) ok. Cuz my friend has a S65 and the ringtones are very very bad...thanks.
I dont know what to buy? Siemens SL65 or Samsung E800/810. What do you think about it?
The phone is quite appealing but lacks bluetooth.. no video option and limited record time. battery time like other siemens phones is useless. i have done one better and got the samsung d500 instead. alot better packed with functions and 1 hour video recording. 1.3 mega pixel camera. and Bluetooth for handsfree wow
