Earlier this month, some HTC phones got held up at the US customs due to patent complaints from Apple, but now the Taiwanese corporation has resolved the issue.
The HTC One X and the HTC EVO 4G LTE were affected by these proceedings, but the review process of the US customs is now done and the droids are free to enter the country.
Here's the note from HTC that announced the end of the import ban:
HTC devices have been released by US Customs as they are in compliance with the ITC's ruling. HTC has completed the review process with US Customs and HTC devices have been released, as they are in compliance with the ITC's ruling. Future shipments should continue to enter the US and we are confident that we will soon be able to meet the demand for our products.
So, US customers who were waiting for a new HTC droid will finally be able to actually get them.
HTC One X has a Li-Po 1800 mAh Battery, Not a Li-Ion. Li-Po id hundred times better than Li-Ion. And 4+1 core processor saves battery life. Dedicated processor for camera, Beats Audio.
Yah! Apple, there's time for everything, u can confuse people about HTCs for some time but never all the time, its now time for u to show the battlefield out of court. Believe Apple, yo phones are just for showing off but not really serious as htc...
It's easy for anyone to say one phone is better than another, but it just makes more sense to say that greatness of a phone is subjective to OS preferences or in android's case the skin preferences. Don't bother trying to prove a point everyone know...
