Pls post other opinions pls..
dear SONY ERICSSON
please create QWERTY phones comes with SE's proprietary OS in many price range.
i.e. copy of naite / cedar inside but wears a qwerty suit outside, as well as 'copy' of elm, zylo and other "traditional" SE variants.
i bet many people are waiting for them too. and the Qwerties will be potentially to beat all other today's phones.

Alex, 09 Jan 2011Thanks on that. But can i use the default windows mobile 6.5.3 interface? You can it switch continually if you need. But operating with shells is more-more comfortable. Menu design is like WinXP and switching sundry colours is available. You don`t need delete the spb mobile shell altogether, because you can make panels very simply or extremely complicated for your own needs. GSM Arena saying while as task switching is poor, but its not true. If you create on spb shell panel screen task manager icon - it makes multitasking and task switching simply and fast.
Alex, 09 Jan 2011Rajesh, how did the production camera and audio fare? coz thge pre-production reviewed is kind... moreCamera, as I stated in my earlier posts is below average. Thats the only one dissapointment with Aspen. Atleast Sony Ericsson could have given the camera like the old P1i. But Audio quality through speaker as well as through headphones is decent. Quiet nice considering it being a business mobile. Regarding Garmin, I did not try it. If anybody using Aspen have tried it, kindly post your review for us all please. Regarding Panels, I dont dare to try to remove them as I love them the way they are. However if you dont like them try uninstalling them by choosing setings>Remove Programs and choose SPB Mobile Shell and remove them. However please do it as your own risk as I dont know if after you remove these Power Shells original Windows format will be effective. I suggest to keep SPB mobile shell as it really makes Aspen very special and convenient to use. However you are your own judge. Good Luck.

In Aspen you can find the application called Market Place where you can download applications available on line ( free as well as for purchase ). Regarding new panels you can visit SPB website and check them out as I really dont need any new ones as very much satisfied with ones included. Regarding calls getting disconnected, so far I did not experience this with my handset. Try to check if its the problem with the handset or your network operator.

SE says playnow not avlbl now for this device. any suggestion?
i will tell you not to buy aspen mobile because i bought aspen mobile in september end and now it is january it is hanged many times. too much phone is hanged please please don't buy
otherwise if it is ok the phone
Though Internet explorer included with Aspen works great, I tried Opera Mobile 10 and must say everyone who uses Aspen should use Opera 10 and experience the full fledged desktop browser on a tiny screen of Aspen. As the days pass by I am getting more and more addicted to Aspen and with no doubt can say its better than BB 9700 and Nokia E72 as it has a touch screen with Qwerty which makes if easier and faster to use. What else do you want if this marvel costs nothing to own it in comparision to famous but useless devices available in the market and mobile lovers going gaga over them for nothing but the name. Aspen wins...wins...wins.
