sameersava, 08 Sep 2010Hi all, I have three questions about aspen's call log I think its very important of everyone:
... moreI don't know if call list is limited, but I am pretty sure it is only limited by available memory on the device, like contact database.
But the functionality depends on which application you use. There is Windows Mobile built-in dialer (the one I use), Sony Xperia dialer (don't like it because hardly readable in sunlight) and SBSH Mobile Shell Dialer (does not show duration and does not have intelligent contact filtering).
The Windows Mobile Dialer shows a list of calls in chronologic order. Then, when you select a call, it will show a call history for that specific contact which includes date/time and duration.
Aspen User d,
I also purchased SE Aspen last night and I read your post regarding your solution against phone crashed due to switching off the phone. Could you please share it to me???

Try "Classic Phone" or "Extra lives" (via Settings/Sounds)
Also, be sure to set ring volume to max via the volume rocker switch at the right hand side of the phone.
I just bought the Aspen , I have a big problem ,the ringer volume is very low to the point of being inaudible ,please tell me if all aspens have the same problem . whats the solution to this ? please help .
Hi all, I have three questions about aspen's call log I think its very important of everyone:
1) does the call list limited? and if its , what is the limitation, limited by period or number of calls?
2)can i see details for each call in the list, I mean can I see the call duration for each call?
3) last question, does the call list in "compact mode" or "extended mode", I mean (for example) when I 3 missed calls from SOMEONE, it will appears like SOMEONE (3) missed calls without time detail or the phone will show me the time of each missed call?
BTW I hope it will be the old school Pxxx :)

Ravi, 07 Sep 2010Does that Window is trail edition? or its permanent one? do we need to pay online and get it ... moreWindows as i enquired at the time of purchase, is permanent not required to pay for updates also..
Does that Window is trail edition? or its permanent one?
do we need to pay online and get it done?... any update pls
The Aspen offers Microsoft Office 2007 pre installed. But I guess black berry only provides viewing of excel and word documents, and for editing them you have to buy it additional software online. I am not too sure about all blackberry models but I observed it in 1-2 models. But in Windows Mobile Professional you can edit excel and word documents directly.
I have bought this phone about 10 days ago, I am not at all satisfied with features it has .. plus the software crashed after 3 days .. I had to give to service center .... not a good buy in this price range ... camera is so poor ... no flash light .. I am regreting now :(
look at the color. i looks dull... and im sure after 5months those corners will be filled with scratches... nokia e63 is much better...
Whether the mobile is released in India, Chennai.. Pls confirm also tell the exact price of that..
